RENOPROM NA POČETKU

Tvrtka RENOPROM d.o.o. osnovana je 1992. i usprkos teškim ekonomskim prilikama u Republici Hrvatskoj u vrijeme Domovinskog rata, dobro je poslovala prvobitno se baveći proizvodnjom i održavanjem informatičke opreme. Pažljivo ocjenjujući tržišne prilike, istražujući mogućnosti i prijetnje za razvoj tvrtke, te prateći gospodarske prilike i zakonodavstvo, Renoprom se je istima kontinuirano prilagođavao i korigirao svoje nedostatke. Svoje je prednosti dobro iskoristio, te je tako pažljivim pristupom partnerima i visokom kvalitetom servisiranja postigao ciljane rezultate uz kontinuirani rast prodaje. Širio je kanale veledistribucije i konstantno pridobivao renomirane svjetske marke u distributorski portfelj.

Distribucija
Proteklih je godina tvrtka vrlo razgranala kanale distribucije tehničke robe široke potrošnje, te tako trenutno ima u svom portfelju niz renomiranih svjetskih proizvođača kao što su: ATECA, ACOUSTIC ENERGY, MARANTZ, MORDAUNT SHORT, MONITOR AUDIO, MSI, OLYMPUS, PHILIPS, PQI, SENNHEISER, STRAIGHTWIRE i dr. Od naglog uzleta u distribuciji 2002. godine, tvrtka je postala jedan od vodećih distributera u Republici Hrvatskoj, LG, PANASONIC, COOLER MASTER i LINKWORLD.

Maloprodaja
Renoprom je 1995. krenuo i s maloprodajnim poslovanjem, otvorivši manje specijalizirane trgovine s odličnom ponudom tehnike pod imenom “Studio 19” u Zagrebu, Rijeci i Splitu.
No, nakon što su na svjetskoj razini trgovački centri, “megastori”, postali očigledan trend za budućnost - tvrtka je otvorila i prvi megastore, trgovinu TechnoMax u prvom trgovačkom centru “King Cross Jankomir” u Zagrebu 2002.
TechnoMax je uskoro postao mjesto u kojem se nalazi najširi izbor najpoznatijih i najboljih robnih marki tehničke robe široke potrošnje, proizvoda više i visoke kvalitete, te high-enda. Već je nakon prve godine postalo posve jasno da će uspjeh TechnoMaxa promijeniti poslovnu strategiju tvrtke. Sve su maloprodajne trgovine preimenovane u novi brand name - TechnoMax. Tada je tvrtka zacrtala svoj put za budućnost: otvaranje novih megastora pažljivim odabirom lokacija.

U studenom 2006. Renoprom je otvorio drugi TechnoMax megastore u Rijeci, u trgovačko-zabavnom centru “Tower Center Rijeka” na tada najvećem prodajnog prostoru u Hrvatskoj od 2000 m2.
U jesen 2007. tvrtka nastavlja širenje: otvoren je TechnoMax u splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, u veličini od 1.600 m2 nalazi se u sklopu poslovno-prodajnog centra PTC Joker u Splitu u neposrednoj blizini centra grada. Širenje po Dalmaciji nastavilo se otvorenjem novog TechnoMaxa u Zadru, u obnovljenom i dopunjenom trgovačkom centru City Galleria u listopadu 2008.
Godine 2009. je trgovina Technoplus u Sisku u STC-u preuzeta u lanac TechnoMaxa i u jesen je otvoren novi veliki megastore od 1600 m2 na istoku grada Zagreba u Garden Mall-u u Dubravi, a u studenom je tvrtka otvorila trenutno najveći TechnoMax megastore s više od 2000 m2 prodajnog prostora u najvećem trgovačkom centru u Republici Hrvatskoj, u West Gate-u u Zaprešiću.


Renoprom u brojkama
Nekoliko brojčanih pokazatelja:
tvrtka trenutno broji oko 185 zaposlenika u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Godišnji promet:
- 2005. godine iznosio je 115 milijuna kuna
- 2006. godine iznosio je 134 milijuna kuna
- 2007. godine iznosio je 227 milijuna kuna
- 2008. godine iznosio je 247 milijuna kuna
- 2009. godine iznosio je 210 milijuna kuna

RENOPROM U BUDUĆNOSTI
Širenje i jačanje lanca vlastitih megastor-eva TechnoMax kako bi se strateški pokrilo cijelo područje Republike Hrvatske i preuzela vodeća uloga u državi u maloprodaji konzumne tehničke robe.

NAŠA MISIJA
Naš motto je oduvijek bio “Kupac prije svega.” Stoga nam je važno da uz jačanje pozicije TechnoMax megastoreva, iste dodatno diferenciramo od konkurencije tako da u cjelokupnoj ponudi: kvalitetnoj i širokoj paleti proizvoda, cijeni, usluzi i ambijentu - svim segmentima koji su bitni kupcu pri odluci gdje kupovati kvalitetnu tehniku za dom - postanemo neupitan broj 1 na tržištu.

Uz to, želimo obogatiti svoj distributerski portfelj dodatnim vodećim svjetskim proizvođačima iz djelatnosti, zadržati svoj primat u Republici Hrvatskoj, te se nametnuti kao vodeći distributer tehnike i u regiji.

RENOPROM IN BEGINNINGS

Company RENOPROM Ltd. was founded in 1992. for production and maintenance of IT equipment.  Despite the difficult economic situation in Croatia during the War for Independence, business went well. Renoprom was estimating and reaseaching market conditions, as well as own resources, very carefully analyzing opportunities and threats for development and monitoring Croatian legislation. Renoprom was able to adjust continuously and reduce own weaknesses. Own strengths were well utilized: with quality approach towards partners and with high quality of servicing, Renoprom achieved targeted sale increases. Company begun to develop own channels of wholesales distribution, gaining ever new worldwide brands to its distributor’s portfolio.

Distribution
Over the past years Renoprom wide spreaded its distrubution channels. The Company has now an impressive portfolio of top worldwide manufacturers, such as: ATECA, ACOUSTIC ENERGY, MARANTZ, MORDAUNT SHORT,  MONITOR AUDIO,  MSI, OLYMPUS, PHILIPS, PQI, SENNHEISER, STRAIGHTWIRE and others. After the rapid upswing in the distribution business in 2002 the Company evolved into the leading distributor in Croatia, keeping the authorized maintenenace /servicing for products of the aforementioned brands.Latest aquisitions in distribution are:  LG, PANASONIC, COOLER MASTER and LINKWORLD.

RETAIL
In early 1995, Renoprom initiated new business: retail - developing a network of small, specialized stores of quality technical goods named „Studio 19“, based in Zagreb, Rijeka and Split. In 2002, following global trends of ‘megastore concept’ in retail, Renoprom opened the first Croatian megastore named TechnoMax in the shopping centre „King Cross“ in Zagreb. TechnoMax introduced the widest selection of brand-name consumer products in one place, gaining a reputation as the largest and best-equipped store for IT,  electronic and Hi-Fi equipment in the Republic of Croatia. It was soon clear that this sucess will alter the business stategy for the future. The old name for small shops was altererd to “TechnoMax“. 

New business target was:  opening new megastores at carefully chosen locations within adequate shopping malls. New TechnoMax was opened in Rijeka in 2006, spanning onto 2,000 m2 of the retail space only, located in the shopping mall “Tower Center Rijeka“. It was the largest megastore of technical goods in Croatia at the time. In autumn of 2007, the third TechnoMax centre in Croatia was opened in Split located within the business and shopping centre PTC Joker in the city centre, spanning onto 1,600 m2. Next expansion continued in Dalmatia in 2008. Renoprom opened fourth megastore in the centre of Zadar within the new, annexed part of the existing shopping mall “City Galleria“. In 2009, the Company took over former Technoplus retail store in Sisak, making it its fifth TechnoMax store with the adequate offer for the needs of that region. In September, the Company finally covered the eastern part of the city of Zagreb, opening another megastore in Garden Mall in Dubrava, spanning onto 1600 m2. The end of the recession year came in style: one more megastore, this time the biggest TechnoMax to date, opened in the Shopping City West Gate Zaprešić, covering much wider customer’s teritorry around the city of Zagreb.

Our motto was always: “The customer comes first.”  To us, it is very important to add value to our retail business. To achieve this we will continue to enforce the position of TechnoMax megastores chain and to differentiate it more from the competition – we aim to become the unconditional No. 1 of customer’s choice.

Further, we will enlarge our distributor’s portfolio with more top worlwide brands in order to keep the leading role in Croatia and to take the same role in the region.
